During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not meeting in person, but we are able to meet virtually  using Zoom.

We are meeting Monday to Thursday mornings from 7:30 to 8:00 am, for a simple sitting practice.

We are meeting Monday to Thursday evenings from 8:30 to 9:00 pm, for a simple sitting practice.

We are meeting Saturday mornings from 10 to 11:15 am for a sitting meditation, dharma reading, and dharma sharing.

The Mindfulness Practice Community of Toronto practises mindful living as taught by Thich Nhat Hanh.  We have been practising together since 1997.  Our Practice Community or Sangha is open to people who wish to learn and deepen their practice of mindfulness.

We are an interfaith group.  While our regular meditation sessions are based on Buddhist practices, members are encouraged to appreciate and deepen the practice of their own tradition.
