Welcome!

The Mindfulness Practice Community of Toronto practices mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition as taught by Thich Nhat Hanh. We have been practicing together since 1997. We are an interfaith group; while our regular meetings are based on Buddhist practice, members are also encouraged to appreciate and deepen the practice of their own tradition.
