Weekday Sitting Meditations in Zoom start Monday January 5. Please contact us to get the zoom link for the daily meditation and book club.
- Online Morning meditation, Monday to Friday from 7 am – 7:30 am
- Online shared practice, Every Wednesday Evening, NOW STARTS AT 7:00 pm -8:30 pm. A chance to spend more time together generating peace and happiness for ourselves, for each other, and for our world. (New Offering)
In person Sangha sessions begins Saturday, January 10. Every Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30 am at Roncesvalles United Church (214 Wright Avenue, Toronto, ON M6R1L3)
