Starting Saturday, September 7th, we are offering weekly sittings, special events and in person sangha on Saturdays at Roncesvalles United Church (214 Wright Avenue, Toronto, ON M6R1L3) and continue each Saturday until January.
SCHEDULE
Weekday Sitting Meditations in Zoom start Monday September 10th. Please contact us to get the zoom link for the daily meditation and book club.
- Online Morning meditation, Monday to Friday from 7 am – 7:30 am (NEW TIME)
- Online Evening meditation, Monday to Thursday from 8:30 – 9 pm
In person Sangha sessions every Saturday from 9:30 to 11:30 am at Roncesvalles United Church (214 Wright Avenue, Toronto, ON M6R1L3)
All are welcome to join us as we continue to read Thich Nhat Hanh’s The Heart of the Buddha’s Teaching. This book is beautifully written, with a focus on how to put the Buddha’s teaching into practice, leading us away from suffering and towards well-being.
- Bi-weekly Online meeting, first and third Wednesday of the month.

All of these activities are offered for free from the hearts of all the facilitators.
