Summer retreat, registration now open! Come to Dharma River with our sangha, Mindfulness Practice Community of Toronto on July 26–28 for a weekend retreat, or just for the Day of Mindfulness Saturday July 27 and enjoy the gifts of summer and of mindfulness.
Come and stop, rest, and listen in and trust the wisdom already in you. Teachings, in and of themselves, aren’t wisdom. They are a tool to open and begin to probe the wisdom in our own hearts. Our teacher Thich Nhat Hanh has given us insights into our inner Buddha in so many different ways.
We encourage you to register as soon as possible to reserve your spot.
When
From Friday July 26 5pm to Sunday July 28 4 pm for the full retreat.
You are also welcome to come just for Saturday’s Day of Mindfulness, from 9:30 am to 5 pm.
