2024 Winter schedule

May 2024 be a peaceful year for the whole world. May everyone live with joy and love. We start this coming Saturday, January 6, to bring our energies together and support each other with the nourishing peace of practicing together.

 The Mindfulness Practice Community of Toronto (MPC) wishes you and your beloved ones a year with lots of happiness and good health.

Deep bows to all of you for practicing with MPC. Together we continue to strengthen our understanding and peace, and to support the collective energy of non-violence based on the insight of InterBeing. We are happy to see you all again, and welcome  new friends as well.

SCHEDULE

Weekday Sitting Meditations in Zoom start Monday Jan 8th:

  • Morning meditation: Monday to Friday from 7:30 – 8 am
  • Evening meditation: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 – 9 pm

We will start parallel in-person and on-line Sangha sessions Saturday Jan 6th:

  • Zoom sangha sessions every Saturday from 10 am – 11:15 am.
  • In-person sangha sessions on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month in Toronto from 9:30 am – 12:30 pm (See Calendar for dates)

Dana

All of these activities are offered for free from the hearts of all the facilitators. 

To support the expenses of this sangha, and also to support our monastic community of Plum Village, please feel free to contribute either by e-transfer to our email: mindfulnesspracticecommunity@gmail.com. There will be a dana basket at all our in-person sessions for cash donations.
