Weekday Sitting Meditations in Zoom

We wish you peace and happiness. Starting Monday September 18, we are offering morning and evening meditation sessions. Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 8 am. Monday to Wednesday from 8:30 to 9 pm.

Taking time to come home and to touch peace is the greatest love we each offer to ourselves. We are very fortunate to be embraced by the strong collective mindfulness energy of the sangha whenever we practice together. 

All friends, new and long term, are welcome. We are happy to practice with you to bring peace to ourselves and to the many people around us.
