Join us Saturday September 23 at 10 am to 4 pm to experience first-hand ways of expanding our range of engagement with this very moment through familiar practices of sitting, moving,
eating, playing in ways we may not think of as conventional.
This Day of Mindfulness (DOM) and the Beyond coping retreat that follows will blend body-centered approaches to mindfulness practice that stem from a deeper understanding of our physical, emotional, and social inheritances.
Jo-ann Rosen is a Dharma teacher who many of our Sangha know from her EMBRACE workshops (Embodying Mindfulness-Based Resilience and Community Empowerment).
If you plan to attend the Day of Mindfulness, please register to let us know that you are coming so that we can arrange accordingly.
