As usual, MPC slows down over the summer, so we can all enjoy lazy time, digital-free time, nature and family time, and downtime. We can come home to ourselves, and find the joy and ease in just stopping.
If we listen from the mind of silence, every birdsong and every whispering of the pine branches in the wind will speak to us.

We will continue to have morning sittings:
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 7:30–8 am.
First sitting is Monday, July 3, 7:30–8 am.
There will be no evening sittings, as we enjoy the sweet evening summer air.

There will be two Days of Mindfulness:
- Saturday July 15, 10 am to 4 pm. Dharma River Mindful Living Center. Mount Forest.
- Saturday August 19, 10 am to 4 pm. Roncesvalles United Church. Toronto.
