MPC 2017 – Sangha Hike and Picnic – July 29th, 2017

Dear Sangha Friends, As the summer progresses let us touch the earth together and celebrate the beauty of nature all around us while we practice as a Sangha in the beautiful Silver Creek Conservation Area on the Bennett Heritage Trail, hiking through Scotsdale Farm.

You are invited to join the Mindfulness Practice Community of Toronto on Saturday July 29th for a hike and vegetarian potluck picnic lunch, followed by meditation practice in a stunning natural setting.

Earth Touching

Here is the foot of a tree.

Here is an empty, quiet place.

Here is the cool green of the grass.

My child, why don’t you sit down?

Sit upright. Sit with solidity. Sit in peace.
